Bole’ International, Inc. is a full-service space planning & design firm based in Orange County, California. Bole’s founder, Mr. Jeffrey W. Adler, an Industrial Designer, is a graduate from the re-known Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. With Mr. Adler’s diverse design and technical background, the firm commenced in 1989 providing interior space planning & design solutions for the Banking Industry. With the firm’s reputation, client’s increased demand for additional services allowed them to expand into the research & development, industrial and retail sectors. The firm has two Orange County offices and provides services for both local and national accounts.
In addition to their full service planning and design services, the firm’s expertise covers industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, furniture design and procurement, telephone and data design team, a specialized network consultant and a move management team.
Services:
Test Plan:
A Test plan allows a client to very quickly and efficiently analyze several spaces in order to better understand the economics of a lease transaction
Pre-Programming:
Using knowledge based tools, our team scrutinizes client’s issues that are driving their business. This strategic data defines their company and will be integrated into building a plan for today and assist with change in the future.
Space Planning:
Based on the Pre-Programming analysis, a block plan will be developed indicating critical personnel and departmental adjacencies. Consequently, a space plan will delineate partitions, doors and critical dimensions allowing preliminary pricing to commence.
Pricing Plan:
A pricing plan along with a building work letter defines the client’s specific tenant improvements requirements within the space. Every discipline shall be reviewed in order to create a detailed construction budget for review.
Design Development:
Design Development for a client involves creating a unique image for their space above the tenant improvement allowance.
Bidding & Negotiations:
In the preparation of the necessary bidding and procurement information, Bole’ assist in obtaining, reviewing, analyzing and awarding the construction contract.
Construction Documents:
Construction Documents illustrate the creative ideas with the structural requirements in order for a licensed general contractor to build space per code.
Project Administration & Management:
The coordination of all disciplines including permitted plans is the responsibility of Bole’ International. Meetings to manage budgets, construction items, and project schedules are our specialty.
Furniture Procurement:
The conceptual layouts, design, and budgets are developed by Bole’. Once approved by the client, Bole’ is fully responsible for the order, procurement and installation of the furniture system.
