Lisa Bashor - Partner/Senior Consultant
Lisa is the Senior Trainer and Consultant and oversees our training program. Recognized nationally as an expert in the fields of sales training with a special emphasis in leadership, sales management and customer service training, Lisa brings a rich background to assist BTI’s clients to improve employee and bank performance.
Prior to joining Bank Training International, Lisa was Senior Vice President of Sales for what is now known as Travelers Insurance and National Director of Sales for Orion Products Corporation. With Orion Products Corporation, Lisa led a dynamic sales team to increase sales from $11.5 million to $21.5 million in the first year and continued to increase sales at a rate of 25-30% each additional year.
Carol Franklin - Senior Consultant
Carol has over 15 years of consulting experience helping clients to move their organizations to become more customer-centric through a focus on coaching for performance improvement, sales and service training and the enhancement of sales management.
Prior to starting her consulting career, she held executive level positions within Household International. She was Executive Vice President and Sales Manager for the western region of Hamilton Investments and Regional Vice President of Household Bank in Ohio, Illinois, Maryland and California.
Carol was educated at The Ohio State University and Kent State University. She holds a certificate of completion for the Performance Improvement and Instructional Design Program at the University of Michigan. She completed the Executive Leadership program through the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Julie Andersen, M.A. - Senior Consultant
Julie Andersen has over twenty years of experience as a business consultant, trainer and professional/personal coach. She partners with organizations to develop leadership talent and create cultures where employees are productive, innovative and dedicated. Julie also focuses a majority of her time on developing leaders that people want to follow.
Julie is an expert in helping clients utilize feedback to successfully implement strategies to change culture, set and accomplish new strategic plans and goals, and improve employee performance. She has specialized expertise in strategic planning, goal setting and action planning, and development of performance-based appraisal systems.
Julie’s experience includes twelve years as a senior consultant with Peter Barron Stark & Associates and ten years as the Director of Regional Development for IDEA. Prior to working with IDEA, Julie was an Associate with Selection Research Incorporated, known today as Gallup Industries, a management consulting and market research organization specializing in employee selection and management development.
Julie holds a California Teaching Credential and a master’s degree form San Diego State University.
