If during or after this project you do not believe BTI has met the mutually established objectives, we will continue to work toward those goals with you for no additional fee or expense consideration. If, after such additional attempt, you still believe we have not met your objectives for this project, we will refund your fees in total.
In 8 years, no bank has ever requested a refund because we failed to meet or exceed the project’s objective.
